Covid-19 Safety Protocols

INTRO & HOW COVID-19 SPREADS

Our team is adhering to CDC, State of Oregon, and County health and safety protocols to ensure staff and guests have a safe and pleasant dine-in and take-out experience. We take the safety and well-being of our customers and employees very seriously. All sanitizing practices are strictly adhered to, as well as staff observing face coverings at all times. We are utilizing materials and information from the CDC, Yamhill County, Momofuku, and the James Beard Foundation to continually refine, manage, and maintain safety protocols.

How does Covid-19 Spread?
The virus that causes COVID-19 is thought to spread primarily from person to person, mainly through respiratory droplets produced when an infected person coughs, sneezes, or talks. These droplets can land in the mouths or noses of people who are nearby or possibly be inhaled into the lungs. Spread is more likely when people are in close contact with one another (within about 6 feet).

COVID-19 can also live on contaminated surfaces such as cardboard, plastic, clothing, and other high touch surfaces. The best way to combat the novel coronavirus is by practicing physical distancing, frequently washing your hands, and disinfecting your surfaces with chemicals that are effective against coronaviruses.
